Besides writing stories and covering family events, the staff members of the Gossiper have added a new monthly segment to the family blog. It's "20 questions with a family member" and will be a chance for you to get to know more about relatives. The names will be drawn randomly and the first selection was Jenny Amador.

I finished high school in McAllen and then attended several universities. I started my studies at University of Texas in Austin in the School of Business, transferred to University of Texas, San Antonio to complete my pre-reqs for occupational therapy and finally, graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio with a degree in occupational therapy.

20. Favorite quote? It's kind of lengthy, so bear with me. It is not actually a spoken quote but a written one. I was reading
Granny's "My Life" by Bill Clinton when I was in Kansas and loved one of his lines. He writes..."no one is perfect but most people are good; that people can't be judged only by their worst or weakest moments; that harsh judgements can make hypocrites of us all; that a lot of life is just showing up and hanging on; that laughter is often the best, and sometimes the only, response to pain."

Great quote to choose! I think I actually recall that part of the book after reading that again. Just one more question for you: excessive noise is a pet peeve? are you sure you're related??
