Turner goes to Disneyworld

Back in late April, Jessica, Jimmy and Turner took a 5-day trip to Florida. They traveled with their mother and her neighbor friend. The group of 5 headed to Palm Beach to visit Paul and Asako.
It was Turner’s first time on an airplane, but he didn’t seem to mind. Unfortunately, his row was the back of the plane, so he had no window seat on their flight to Atlanta. However, the connecting flight to Palm Beach was 1/3 empty so the group each took their own row and Tman enjoyed the window-seat view. He loved it!!!

The group went to a Sea Turtle Rehabilitation Clinic and the beach on the second day of the trip. Swimming was prohibited, because of high tides and dangerous animals, but they enjoyed the sun and hunting for huge seashells.

On the following day, they headed north to Orlando. They spent nearly eight hours at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Luckily for Turner, Jessica and Jimmy rode the fun rides with him. Asako joined in on the Teacups, but the rest of the party was a lil weary of riding anything that spun.
They stayed in Orlando that night and walked around the Downtown Disney shopping area the next afternoon. On their final day, they traveled south to a large mall in Fort Lauderdale. Jessica met up with an old classmate at the mall, while Tman had fun with Paul and Jimmy.

The family returned home the next day tired but happy. Well that is until they left the 80-and-sunny Florida for 50-and-rainy Kansas weather. Oh well, the trip was much needed and very excting!!!
