Independence Day Party

Bill once again hosted the family Fourth of July celebration and everyone had a great time.
The great-grandchildren kept everyone entertained all day. Corn on the cob and every other food got devoured. And, of course, fireworks and more fireworks were shot off all day and night.

“Oh yeah, we had fun,” Bill said. “It’s always a fun holiday. I love David’s big boomers he brings down.”
Yep, David Heeter and his brother Dennis brought the big fireworks down again. The Earth-shaking salutes are still a family favorite.

Throughout most of the day, the kids were lighting fireworks. Seann, Andrew and Turner were entertained for hours and no one got hurt. Well, Deeon wasn’t here so injuries were avoided. Haha, get better Deeon.
Also the Green brothers and Billy weren’t in Baldwin City so safety wasn’t too much of a concern this year.
At night, the fountains and larger fireworks brought “ooohs” and “ahhhs” from the family. Cleo and Tom were loaded with the large fireworks and they nearly had enough for a small show.

Thanks again for a great Fourth of July!!
